All kapak sessions use SSL (TLS 1.2 or higher). Passwords are hashed. Payment details are encrypted end-to-end.
Data retention
Transaction history is retained indefinitely. Identity documents are retained for regulatory compliance. We delete documents 90 days after account closure unless required by law to retain them longer.
Third-party access
Payment processors and identity-verification services receive only the data necessary for their function. They do not receive your full account history or identity documents beyond what is required.

Your rights and data access

We review and update this privacy policy periodically. Material changes are announced through your account at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of kapak after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
